内陆寒冷地区乌鳢规模化人工繁殖技术

A TECHNIQUE FOR ARTIFICIAL REPRODUETION OF OPHIOCEPHALUS ARGUS CANTOR ON LARGE SCALE IN THE COLD AREA OF INLAND

本试验在塑料大棚简易温室内 ,通过不同激素的配制使用对乌鳢亲鱼进行催产实验 ,表明水温在 2 1℃～2 6℃时混用PG ,HCG和LRH -A 3种催产激素 ,可使催产率平均达到 91.7% ,水温在 2 6℃时受精率最高平均达到92 .1% ,孵化率平均达到 83.2 %。

The experiments were conducted to use the mixture of different kind of hormone to make the ophiocephalus argus cantor oxytocia in the simple plastic greenhouse. The experiments indicated that atwater temperatare of 21℃-26℃, the rate of oxytocic averaged 91.7%, when the ophiocephalus argus canto were fed with mixture of PG. HCG and LPH-A , the fertility rate averaged 92.l%.and hatching rate averaged 83.2% at water temperature of 26℃.
