摘要
本试验研究了大豆在不同密度和施氮量处理下 ,子粒中干物质、蛋白质和脂肪积累的动态变化。结果表明 :不同处理下 ,大豆子粒中干物质积累呈“S”型曲线变化 ;在不同密度处理下 ,蛋白质含量随灌浆期的推移而逐渐增加 ,并呈“W”型曲线变化 ;在不同施氮量处理下 ,蛋白质含量则是随子粒的形成呈不规则消长变化。脂肪含量随着子粒的形成呈“S”型曲线变化。不同密度、施氮量处理下 ,子粒中的干物质、蛋白质和脂肪含量均表现为 :中密度>低密度 >高密度 ;中施氮量 >高施氮量 >
Dry matter, Protein and oil accumulations in seeds of soybeans, under different density and nitrogen top-dressing treatments, were studied. Dry matter accumulation in soybean seeds showed typical 'S' curve. Protein accumulation under different densities was a 'W' curve, increasing slowly in seed-filling stage, while under nitrogen application treatments, the curves were irregular. During seed-filling period, oil accumulated showed typical “S” curve too. As results of different density and nitrogen treatments, dry matter, protein and oil concentrations were medium density > low density >high density and medium nitrogen > high nitrogen > low nitrogen, respectively. Therefore, Protein and oil accumulation in seeds of soybean has hereditary uniqueness, but is also subject to agricultural measures; scientific cultivation is the key to high-yield, high-quality of soybean.
