茄子愈伤组织诱导条件的初探

本文研究了 3种不同诱导条件对茄子愈伤组织诱导的影响 ,结果表明 :光照强度 10 0 0lx与 90 0 0lx对茄子愈伤组织诱导率无影响 ,但 10 0 0lx的光照强度下诱导所需时间长 ,且愈伤组织块致密 ,不易褐变。以茄子不同部位茎段作为外植体 ,结果是茎基部的茎段诱导率明显高于近芽部的诱导率。供试的几种苗龄中 ,5 5d苗龄的幼苗茎段的诱导率最高 ,而

The infiunce of 3 different cultural conditions on inducing eggplant callus were studied. The result showed that the light intensity of 1 000lx and9 000lx had no difference in inductivity of eggplant callus ,but the calli of 1 000lx needed long time and calli,were intensive,and bowed hard;he calli of 9 000lx were flaccid, brewing eaily,and needed short time.The test used eggplant stem as explants. The inductivity of caudex was higher than stem apex. In 3 kinds of eggplant seedling, the inductivity of seedling being planted for 50 days was the highest, and the one of seedling being planted for 30 days was the lowest.
