摘要
作者观察了1.2-二甲基肼(DMH)诱导大鼠大肠癌时,血清促胃液素(SG)的动态变化。表明:诱癌第8,23周时致癌组平均SG水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01),第11至20周平均SG浓度升至对照组水平(两组相比P>0.05);Dukes A和B期大肠癌两组平均SG浓度均显著高于无癌期组、Dukes C期和D期组(P<0.01);无癌期大鼠平均SG浓度高于Dukes C期和D期组(P<0.05)。作者认为:DMH可抑制体内促胃液素的产生;大肠癌的发生是引起SG水平上升的始动因素。
The dynamic changes of serum gastrin (SG) levels were observed in rats during chemical induction of colorectal cancer by 1,2-dimethylhydrazine (DMH). It was found that the mean SG concentration in the induced rats was very significantly lower than that in the control rats (P<0.01) at week 8 and 23, and increased to control level (P>0.05) from week 11 to 20 after induction;the mean SG concentration in the induced rats with colorectal cancer in Dukes A or B stage was very significantly higher than that in those without cancer or with cancer in Dukes C or D stage (P<0.01); the mean SG concentration was significantly higher in the induced rats without cancer than that in those with cancer in Dukes C or D stage (P<0.05). It is suggested that DMH can inhibit the production of gastrin in rats and the development of colorectal cancer is a trigger causing the elevation of SG level.
