遗传性运动-感觉性神经病的脑诱发电位研究——一家系13例患者测定报告

Study on Brain Evoked Potential about Hereditary Motor and Sensory Neuropathy: Report of 13 Cases in a Family

对同一家系13例遗传性运动-感觉性神经病患者进行了BAEP、SEP、VEP测定。结果发现:BAEP共有65个指标参数,其中56个指标异常(占86.2％);SEP:13例患者有12例异常(占92.3％),显示周围神经通路与中枢神经通路同时受累;VEP:13例患者有10例异常(占76.9％)。3种电位与正常组比较有明显差异(P<0.001)。

This paper reports BAEP, SEP and VEP of 13 patients with hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy in a family. The results showed that 56 target parameters (86.2%) were abnormal in 65 target parameters of BAEP, and SEP of 12 (92.3%) in 13 cases were abnormal, demonstrating that the passageways of peripheral nerve and central nerve were damaged at the same time. VEP of 10 (76.9%) in 13 cases were abnormal. It is concluded that BAEP, SEP and VEP of these patients are significant different from normals (P< 0.001).
