摘要
德育是培育受教育者思想道德品质、提升主体性人格的教育活动。人的品德是外在引导与内在转化有机结合的产物,因而德育是一个价值引导与自主建构相统一的过程。德育实践只有从价值引导与自主建构相结合的方位切入,才富有实效。
Moral education is an educational activity aimed at cultivating the morality of the educated and improving their personalities. Since human morality is the product of a harmonious combination of external guidance and internal transformation, moral education is a process of value-guidance and self-construction working together. The practice of moral education can only be effective through this combined effort.
