摘要
应用我校药学院合成的选择性血栓素含成酶抑制剂哒唑氧苯观察了其对大鼠缺血再灌注心律失常的影响,结果表明,冠状动脉结扎前15min静脉注射哒唑氧苯能明显降低大鼠再灌注性心律失常的发生率(对照组11/13,给药组4/13,P<0.01),并缩短室速和室颤的持续时间,降低心律失常平均积分(P<0.05)。提示哒唑氧苯对预防再灌注性心律失常有效。
We studied the effects of the selective thromboxane synthetase inhibitor, dazoxiben (UK-37 248), on the reperfusion arrhythmias induced by ischemia-reperfusion in rats. The results indicated that the administration of dazoxiben (2.5 mg/kg i.v.) 15 min prior to coronary occlusion significantly decreased the incidence of ventricular fibrillation induced by 5 inin ischemia and reperfusion from 11/13 in control to 4/13 in drug-treated (P<0.01). It also showed that dazoxiben shortened the duration of ventricular fibrillation and tachycardia and reduced the score of arrhythmias (P<0.05). These results suggest that inhibition of thromboxane A2 synthesis with dazoxiben might be useful for the prevention of ischemia-Teperfusion induced ventricular arrhythmias.
