My Preliminary Understanding for Developing View of Science

党的十六届三中全会《决定》中提出的科学发展观 ,其实质就是要实现经济社会更快更好的发展 ;目的是“以人为本” ,全面发展 ,最终达到全国人民“共同富裕” ;内涵是发展要全面、协调、可持续 ;根本要求是要在全面建设小康社会和现代化建设过程中 ,做到“五个统筹”。贯彻落实科学发展观 ,要更新观念 ,提高执政能力和水平 ,转变政府职能 。

In the decision of the 3rd Session of the 16th Conference of Party,developing view of science was put forward.The nature of the view is to realize better and faster development of economic society;The goal is to make people as anima,promote all-round development and finally achieve 'common richness' in China;The contents mean all-round,coordinate and sustained development;The essential requirement means 'the Five plans' in the course of building a well-off society across the country and building modernizations.In order to implement developing view of science.we should change our concept,raise ruling competence,transform function of governments and improve style of work.
