摘要
企业并购是一个高度复杂的多经济过程 ,可分为谈判、交易、整合三个阶段。风险最大的是整合阶段。应该从调整导向系统、明确指挥系统。
Enterprises' mergers and acquisitions is a highly complicated and multiple-economic process which can be divided into three stages such as negotiation,trade and reorganization.The biggest risk exists in the stage of reorganization.We should reorganize enterprises after they finish mergers and acquisitions from three aspects including guiding system of adjustment,obvious leading system and system of improving operation.
