对高校校园文化建设的几点思考

Several Considerations of Construction of Campus Culture in Universities

针对高校校园文化形态的低水平、文化选择的盲目性、非全员化等问题 ,高校校园文化建设应具有物态层面、制度层面、精神层面等三个层次 ;应遵循社会效益原则、整体把握原则、发展性原则、教育性原则等四个原则 ;应处理好社会文化系统与校园文化系统、学校大系统与校园文化运行系统。

According to low level of campus cultural state,blindness of cultural choice and other problems,campus cultural construction in universities should have layer of matter state,layer of spirit and layer of system,and should follow four principles including principle of social effects,principle of development,principle of wholeness and educational principe.Besides we should deal with three relations well such as relation between cultural system of society and compus culture,relation between whole school system and operating system of campus culture,and relation between party-government organizations and mass organizations.
