气相色谱法分析海洋胶体多糖中的单糖组成 被引量:3

摘要 利用切向超滤技术从海洋表层水体提取海洋胶体,经除盐、冷冻干燥后,经水解、还原、乙酰化等预处理过程,得到的糖醇乙酸酯用气相色谱分析。该方法重复性好,6份海洋胶体样品中各种单糖组成的相对标准偏差为1.36%~6.29%。胶体多糖中的单糖组成由高到低依次为:葡萄糖(21.14%)、半乳糖(20.79%)、岩藻糖(15.46%)、甘露糖(13.90%)、鼠李糖(13.71%)、木糖(8.53%)、阿拉伯糖(4.86%)、核糖(1.97%)。 Marine colloids were recovered from surface sea water by cross_flow ultrafiltration,desalted with distilled water and then lyophilized.After hydrolysis the colloids were reduced and acetylated to sugar alcohol acetates,which were analyzed by gas chromatography.Relative standard deviations of six marine colloidal samples(1.36%~6.29%)indicated that the method had good consistency.The abundance of monosaccharides in marine colloidal polysaccharides followed the sequence:glucose(21.14%)>galactose(20.79%)>fucose(15.46%)>mannose(13.90%)>rhamnose(13.71%)>xylose(8.53%)>arabiˉnose(4.86%)>ribose(1.97%).
