肉桂挥发油的超临界CO_2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法提取的比较分析 被引量:15

A Comparison of the Constituents of Essential Oils from Cinnamomum Cassia Presl Extracted by Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Steam Distillation

摘要 采用超临界CO2萃取法与水蒸气蒸馏法从肉桂中提取挥发油,用GC-MS法测定其化学成分和相对含量,对两种提取方法所得的挥发油进行比较,水蒸气蒸馏提取肉桂挥发油的产率为1%(w),主要成分为肉桂醛、α_芹子烯、α_烯、δ_杜松烯;超临界CO2萃取法提取的产率为1.5%(w),主要成分为肉桂醛、α_烯、α_依兰油烯、δ_杜松烯等。 Essential oils were extracted from cinnamomum cassia Presl by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)and steam distillation(SD).Their constituents were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass specˉtrometry and compared.Altogether thirty eight compounds were identified in the essential oil obtained by SD,and the major constituents have been found to be cinnamaldehyde,α_selinene,α_copaene andδ_ cadinene.On the other hand,forty seven compounds were identified in the essential oil extracted by superˉcritical carbon dioxide,and the main constituents have been found to be cinnamaldehyde,α_copaene,α_ muurolene andδ_cadinene.The yield of essential oil obtained by SFE and SD was1.5%(w)and1%(w),respectively.
