摘要
《全面推进依法行政实施纲要》明确提出了提高行政机关工作人员依法行政的能力的概念和含义。目前我国公务员的依法行政能力还存在许多问题,这就需要从行政执法体制、公务员依法行政能力培训、公务员依法行政能力的评估体系和全民法律能力的提升等方面着手,加快提高我国公务员依法行政能力。
《The Compendium of Completely Implementing Administration According to Law in an All- Round Way》has put forward explicitly the concept and implication for public servant's capability of adminis- tration according to law.Presently,in order to resolve many problems existing in the capability of adminis- tration according to law,we need to set about in several aspects such as the administrative enforcement sys- tem,the training and evaluation system of public servant's capability of administration according to law,and the improvement of legal capability of entire people.
