On Surplus Economy

根据过剩经济的特点和近几年来中国经济运行的现实 ,可以判定 ,过剩经济在我国已客观存在 ;对否认过剩经济存在的几种代表性观点提出了质疑 ;界定了过剩经济的内涵 ;从动态和成因的角度对过剩经济进行了分类 ,并提出了过剩经济过剩程度的测度标准。

Surplus economy has existed in China for some time according to the characteristics of surplus economy and the reality of China's economy in recent years. This paper questions some representative viewpoints of denying surplus economy in China, defines the connotation of surplus economy, and classifies it according to the changes and causations of surplus economy. At last this article puts forward a method to measure the degree of surplus economy.
