Measurement of Ecological Footprint in Regional Sustainable Development: A Case of Hefei

生态足迹是可持续发展定量测度的一种新方法 ,反映了人类利用自然的程度。本文在介绍生态足迹的概念及其计算方法的基础上 ,以安徽省合肥市的统计数据 ,计算分析了该地区2 0 0 1年的生态足迹 ,并讨论了其生态赤字产生的原因及可持续发展的应对措施。

As the new method to measure the level of sustainable development, ecological footprint (EF) reflects the utilization of natural resources from a certain aspect. Based on the analysis of EF's theory and method, this paper analyzes 2001 EF of Hefei and discusses the cause of ecological deficit and provides some suggestions for regional sustainable development.
