摘要
进行水资源评价首先要建立科学合理的评价指标体系,其研究大致可分为单项和综合评价指标体系两个方面,前者主要包括水资源的承载力、丰富度、脆弱性、价值、生态环境影响、开发利用特性、管理等的评价,后者主要是水资源可持续利用的评价。在简述现状的基础上,对水资源评价指标体系研究的特点作出初步探讨,包括指标的选取、指标的可操作性和方式、基础数据的获取手段、评价的尺度、评价的范围以及指标体系的应用验证和推广等方面。
A set of scientific and sensible evaluation indicator systems is a must in conducting the evaluation of water resources,which includes single properties and comprehensive properties of water resource.The former refers to the evaluation of bearing capacity,abundance, fragility, value, ecological and environmental effects, exploitation and utilization,management of water resource and so on. The latter concerns the evaluation of water resource sustainable utilization. Based on the present situation of the research, this paper discusses the characteristics of the evaluation indicator systems, including the choice, operability and methods of indicators, the access of basic data, the scale and range of evaluation, the application, verification and promotion of the evaluation indicator systems,etc.
