On the Production and Development of the CPC's System towards Regional National Autonomy

中国共产党民族区域自治制度是在中国革命和建设实践中逐步形成与发展的。中共“二大”到“九·一八”事变前是民族区域自治政策的萌芽时期;抗日战争到解放战争时期,是民族区域自治政策形成阶段;新中国成立后,民族区域自治制度不断完善,并逐步走上法制化道路。坚持和完善民族区域自治政策,已成为推动我国民族工作不断前进的有力保障。

The CPC's system towards regional national autonomy came into being a nd developed only in the practice of chines revolution and construction.In this article,the author deems that this is the bud period of policy towards regional noaional autonemy from the CPC’s Second National People’s Congress to the Sept ember 18 Incident of 1937,and productive stage of policy towards regional Nation al autonemy from during the Anti-Japanese War to China's War-liberation.After the founding of new China,the system of regional national autonomy makes unceasi ng perfection and takes gradually legalization’s road.Upholding and perfecting policy towards regional national autonomy has become the important safeguard of pushing unceasing progress on the national work.
