摘要
青海由于特殊的地理位置和民族状况,没有形成单一民族自治体制,自治区行政建置表现出多元化、复杂化的特点。
Owing to special geographical position and national situation,Qinghai province does not form a unitary system of national autonomy,there are some cha racteristics in the administrative system of the regional autonomy ,such as comp lexity and plurality.
