秦岭山区204种植物对粘虫生物活性测定

Insecticidal Activity of 204 Plants to Mythimna separata in the Qinling Mountains

以粘虫为试虫 ,对采自秦岭山区的 2 0 4种植物样品进行了室内生物活性筛选 ,结果表明 ,供试样品中 ,有 87种对试虫有 5 0 %以上拒食或毒杀效果 ,其中菊科 2 1种、蔷薇科 7种、毛茛科 5种 ;大花金挖耳、蓼子朴、天明精、南蛇藤、遏兰菜、巴东醉鱼草等植物对试虫的拒食和毒杀效果均大于 80 % ,值得进一步研究。

The bioactivities of the acetone extracts of pesticidal plants collected from the Qinling mountains were screened with Mythimna separata in the laboratory . The results showed that 87 species of them present more than 50% bioactivities to the test insects, of which 21species from Compositae, 7 species from Rosaceae and 5 species from Ranunculaceae.It has been proved that 6 species over which included Carpesium abrotanoides, Carpesium cernuum and Celastrus orbiculatus etc. were worth developing.
