摘要
本文报告对中国学校体制下班级环境之结构和测量的初步研究。结果表明 ,中国中小学的班级环境至少包含以下 5个维度 :师生关系 ,同学关系 ,秩序和纪律 ,竞争 ,以及学习负担。针对此结构编制的测量工具表现出良好的测量学性能。在班级分析水平 ,各分量表的内部一致性信度在 0 .92 - 0 .98之间。探索性因素分析表明上述 5个因子可解释全部方差的 80 %。
Owing to the different systems of Chinses schools, class environment rather than classroom environment is the basic school environment for pupils. This paper presents a preliminary research in the structure and measurement of class environment in Chinese schools. The results showed that at least five demensions were included: relatiaonship between teachers and students, relationship among stuents themselves, discipline and order, competition, and learning burden. The questionnaire assessing this structure revealed a good psychometric function. On the class analytical level, the internal reliability of each sub scale was between 0.92 and 0.98. Exploratory factor analysis showed that the five factors accounted for 80 percent of all the variance, and each sub scale could differentiate effectively among heterogeneous classes .
