Characteristica of the geology,trace elemients,stable isotopes and mineral inclusions of the Huangshi Pb-Zn ore field inHubei Provinoe are summarized.The author holds that the ore field is of hypergenic syngenetic sedimentary-hot brine reformationorigin.In this paper the guide for ore exploration is given.
