淹水对烟草光合作用影响初探 被引量:7

摘要 对 12叶龄盆栽烟草进行淹水处理 ,测定其在淹水处理的第 1、3、5d及处理恢复后的第 1、5d的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及胞间CO2 浓度。发现净光合速率、蒸腾速率及气孔导度均随淹水时间的延长显著下降 ,而胞间CO2 浓度先轻微下降、随后显著上升 ;到停止水涝处理的第 5d ,四项指标仍不能恢复到对照水平。试验结果表明淹水严重地影响了烟草的光合作用 ,较长时间的淹水造成的光合损伤在短时间内难以恢复。 Pot-cultured tobacco plants at twelve- leaf age were treated with waterlogging in July,2003. The net photosynthetic rate (Pn), transpiration rate (Tr), stomatal conductance (Gs) and intercellular CO 2 concentration (Ci) were tested on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th days of waterlogging and the recovery growth of the 1st and 5th days after 6 days of waterlogging. Pn, Tr and Gs decreased evidently with the time of waterlogging, but Ci first decreased slightly and then increased remarkably. After 5 days of the treatment, the above four indices could not be restored to the control's level. The results suggested that the photosynthesis of tobacco cultivars could be seriously affected by waterlogging and the photosynthetic damage couldn't be recovered in a short period.
