摘要
用苯酚-硫酸法测葡萄多糖含量,研究显色温度、显色时间、苯酚及硫酸用量对葡萄多糖含量测定的影响。以此为基础,采用正交试验法确定最佳反应条件为:显色温度为沸水,显色时间为15min,苯酚用量为1.0ml,硫酸用量为8.0ml。
The method of phenol-sulphate acid was applied to determine the content of polysaccharides of Vitis. L(VLP) and research influents of different temperatures,peroids,different contents of phenol and sulphate.Based on that ,the orthogonal experiments were carried out to confirme the optimal conditions of determing :boied water,15 mins, 1.0 ml, 8.0 ml.
