摘要
将有限元方法多体系统仿真结合进行曲轴系统的多体动力学分析 ,得出气缸体的主要激励。采用有限元方法进行气缸体振动特性的预测并和实验测量结果对比 ,结果吻合得较好。证明应用仿真的方法进行内燃机NVH特性设计是可行的。
A study on the surface vibration of a multi-cylinder diesel block is carried in this paper. After Multi-body (dynamics) analysis was applied on the crankshaft system with the technique combined FEM and multi-body system simulation, the main excitations of engine block ware obtained. The vibration character of engine block was predicted by FEM analysis. Surface (vibration) of the engine block was measured. The result coincided well with calculation. This verified that the numerical simulations are feasible for NVH design of engine.
