泰安市夏季蔬菜中化学污染物污染状况及预防控制措施的研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了解零售蔬菜的化学污染状况 ,2 0 0 3年夏季笔者对蔬菜中有害金属元素、有机氯、有机磷及亚硝酸盐等 11种化学污染物残留量进行了测定。结果表明 ,所检的 10 8份蔬菜中砷、汞、有机氯含量全部符合国家标准 ,有 2份铅、10份亚硝酸盐超标 ,但发现蔬菜中有机磷农药残留超标现象比较严重 ,甲胺磷超标率为 12 .96 % ,检出率最高的为卷心菜 30 .77%。 In order to know clearly states of Chenical pollutant in Summer vegetable in Taian.The content of 11 chemical pollutants such as harmful heavy metal,pesticides of organic chiorime,organic phospnorus and nirite,were deterimined in the Summer of 2003 for the residuum in vegetable in Taian..The results showed that the contents of arsenic , mercury and organic chiorime in 108 vegetable samples were all met MRL of China.The content of lead in 2 and the content of nirite in 10 of 108 vegetable samples was greater than MRL of China.The content of phospnorus was serious overrun in Summer the detectine rate of methamidophos was 12.96%.The highest detection rate was in cabbages,which was 30.77%.
