全面建设小康社会很重要的一个目标就是实现人的全面发展 ,这就必然要求人由“传统人”向“现代人”转变 ,要求作为人类半数的女性由“传统女性”向“现代女性”转变。为此 ,女性必须调整心理素质、提高科学文化素质、培养创新素质 。

One of the objectives for building a well-off society in an all-round way is to achieve an all-round development of man.That demands inevitably that people change from“the traditional”to“the modern”,and that the female,as half of human beings,also change from“the traditional”to“the modern”.In this connection,women must improve their psychological and cultural qualities,cultivate innovation quality so as to push forward with the building of well-off society.
