我国的行政法治制度亟待创新

China's Administrative Law-and-order System Is in Urgent Need of Innovation

改革开放以来 ,随着法律法规的不断完善 ,我国正朝着行政法治的方向发展。但在这一过程中 ,也出现了诸如行政立法缺位与过滥并存、行政执法权交叉分散、行政指导制度失范等问题。为此 ,应通过加强行政立法、严格行政执法、建立相应的奖励制度等途径 。

Since reform and openning-up,with the constant improvement of laws and regulations,China is going ahead in the direction of the law-and-order administration.In this course,some problems have arisen,such as a lack and an excess of administrative legislation existing side gy side,administrative powers to enforce laws and regulations being overlaped and decentralized,and the administrative guidance system working improperly.With a view to making innovation in the administration Law-and-order system,administrative legislation should be strengthened,administrative laws and regulations should be strictly enforced and a relevant system of reward should be set up.
