摘要 报道了采用 Visual Basic 6.0研制毛细管电泳专家系统知识库。知识库的构建采用了关系型 Access 动态数据库和 Ac-tiveX 数据对象技术(ADO),不仅可大容量收集文献资料,同时支持用户对知识库的即时更新,为分析工作者提供了互动式的在线知识查询和更新平台。对构建知识库所涉及的主要组件进行了详细讨论。 The design of repository for capillary electrophoresis(CE)using Visual Basic 6.0 language was discussed in detail.Basedon the built-in Access database and the ADO data control technique,the repository of capillary electrophoresis was established not on-ly had bulkier literature data collection capacity but also supported the on-line new data update.Moreover,the designed database hadbeen embedded into the capillary electrophoresis working station and could be used as a special functional module.It provides the CEanalyst a convenient,on-line and fast way of looking up or updating the data of separating conditions of capillary electrophoresis.Al-so,the designed repository had provided a better foundation to set up an expert system of capillary electrophoresis.
