p53蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达

Expression of p53 in Colorectai Carcinomas

作者用免疫组织化学ABC法,检测了p53蛋白在67例经常规福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋的大肠癌组织中的表达。p53免疫染色36例阳性,阳性率为53.73％。Dukes A、B、C期,p53免疫染色阳性率分别是25％,36.36％,75.76％。以上结果说明p53蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达,在大肠癌的发生,发展中起着一定的作用。

Expression of p53 protein was examined in 67 colorectal carcinomas with ABC immuno-peroxidase technique, on routinely formalin fixed, paraffin embedded issues, p53 immunostain was observed in 36 of 67(53.73%) carcinomas. The proportion of positively immunostain in Dukes'stage A, B, C was 25%, 36.36%, and 75.76%,respectively. These results suggest that expression of P53 protein in colorectal carcinoma plays a certain role in the development of colorectal carcinomas.
