摘要
作者观察了30例高血压患者舌下含服小剂量巯甲丙脯酸12.5mg后6小时内的降压疗效,并用安慰剂作了对照。结果表明,收缩压、舒张压、动脉平均压均有非常显著下降(P<0.01)。出现作用时间在含药后15分钟,持续作用可达6小时,作用高峰时间在1.5小时。心率明显减慢(P<0.05),无任何副作用。对糖尿病、支气管哮喘、外周血管病变、老年人均可适用,尤其是伴有心功能不全者。
The authors inrestigated thirty Cases with hypertension who had been treated with Small Sublingual dose of Captopril (12. 5mg). After taking it, blood pressure was measured during six hours and compared with placebo The results showed that systolic, diastolic and the mean arterial blood pressure were all decreased significantly (p<0.01). The action started from 15 min after its being taken.The maximal action time appeared at 1.5 hours. The duration of action was six hours. The heart rate was slow down markly (p<0.05) and there was no any side effect. The authous consider that this therapy is simple, safe, effective and suitable for asthma, diabetes mellitus, peripheral vessel diseases and old patients, especially for heat failure.
