设计一对简并引物 ,从德国小蠊Blattellagermanica细胞中克隆了泛素基因的编码区 ,GenBank登录号为AY5 0 10 0 3。序列分析表明 ,该编码区的长度为 2 2 8bp ,编码的多肽由 76个氨基酸残基组成 ,相对分子质量为 8 4 7kD ,其等电点为 5 73。同源性比较发现 ,德国小蠊泛素基因与其他真核生物泛素基因在氨基酸水平上具有 94
The coding sequence of Blattella germanica ubiquitin gene was cloned and determined (GenBank Accession No. AY501003). The length of this opening reading_frame (ORF) is 228 bp, encoding a protein with molecular weight of 8.47 kD and isoelectric point of 5.73. Multiple sequence alignment indicated that B. germanica ubiquitin was very similar to the homologous proteins of other eukaryotic species and shared more than 94% identity with other eukaryotic ubiquitins at amino acid level.
