摘要
为了探索微波处理作为木质包装替代处理方法的可能性 ,对不同规格和含水量的杨树木块进行微波处理试验 ,结果表明 :频率为 2 4 50MHz的微波能够穿透厚度为 1 0cm的杨树木材 ;当微波功率为 90 0W时 ,规格为 1 0cm× 1 0cm× 1 0cm和 1 0cm× 1 0cm× 2 5cm的新木块中黄斑星天牛 (Anoplophoranobolis)幼虫完全死亡所需时间分别为 5min和 2min ;而干木块中则仅需 3min和 30s。对微波处理引起木材温度变化和水分损失以及天牛幼虫的水分损失进行了初步研究。
To determine the feasibility of microwave irradiation as an alternative treatment, we performed laboratory experiments on 10cm×10cm×10cm and 10cm×10cm×2.5cm blocks of wood artificially infested with live Asian Longhorned Beetle larvae and pupae with subsequent 2450 MHz microwave energy irradiation. Experiment results revealed that microwave could penetrate 10cm thick poplar blocks. Preliminary results showed that 5 minutes and 2 minutes of irradiation at 900 Watts was lethal to all the larvae and pupae in green 10cm×10cm×10cm and 10cm×10cm×2.5cm poplar blocks, only 3 minutes and 30 seconds was necessary to kill the larvae in dry wood, respectively. The temperature changes of wood and moisture losses of wood and larvae were also investigated.
