摘要
综述了高效酰化催化剂4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的合成方法及应用前景.在比较现有合成条件的基础上,采用 异烟酸为原料,经酰化、霍夫曼降解、重氮化、二甲胺化的路线来制取DMAP,并对反应条件、操作流程作了一系列 的探索.
This article summarizes the synthetic method of 4-Dimethylaminopyridine (DMAP) and its applying prospect. Comparing with former methods, we choose isonicotinamide as raw material and get through a series of reactions such as Hoffmann reaction to obtain the object. At the same time, it also discusses this experiment's conditions and proves it a better one.
