The evaluation of the performance of search engine generally adopts qualitative method or quantitative method. This paper investigated an index marks system for web search engine. On basis of that, it was discussed how to used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the question of evaluation of web search engine. The approach was afforded for web search engine of quantitative evaluation.
