摘要
宽带多媒体的专用无线通信系统,要求同时具备双向语音调度指挥、过程监控、图像传输等功能.针对现有协议非实时性特点和调度系统业务实时性要求,该研究是以IEEE802.3LAN为应用平台的多媒体终端和控制中心,基于用户背负信令的状态报告,提出一种改进型TCP协议实时业务调度算法.算法根据状态报告信息对不同业务节点进行实时信道优化分配,实现一定服务质量的实时多媒体业务的传输、指挥调度 监控等功能.在典型业务强度下,平均延迟和延迟抖动实时性指标较传统TCP控制方法提升90%.
Private Wireless Communications System based on wideband multi_media network need to meet the request of speech dispatch, monitoring as well as video transmission. Considering the real_time traffic and network protocol, this paper presents a proposal of a real_time dispatch algorithm which works on current LAN platform and piggyback signaling system, dispatch node dynamically allocate channel on demand of terminal traffic. This algorithm can implement real_time and monitoring traffic transmission with an acceptable QoS so a dispatch system can be set up on LAN platform. The average delay and delay jitter performance in new heuristc increases 90% than original TCP.
