两种会阴切开术在分娩中的手术效果比较

Comparison of Median and lateral Episiotomies on Delivery

目的 :观察比较会阴正中切开术与会阴侧切术在分娩中的手术效果。方法 :随机抽取 6 8例头位单胎初产妇(包括自然分娩和胎吸助产 ) ,其中行会阴正中切者 32例 ,侧切者 36例 ,专人登记 6 8例产妇的会阴伤口肿胀、疼痛、感染及预防感染治疗情况。结果 :会阴正中切组在娩出新生儿体重方面与会阴侧切组无明显差异 ,而以上专人登记的四个方面均优于侧切组。结论 :分娩过程中 ,在助产者技术熟练、产妇无会阴体过短、水肿、无妊娠合并症及胎儿宫内窒息等情况下 ,可施行会阴正中切开术 ,以减轻产妇痛苦 。

Objective: To compare the effects of median and lateral episiotomies on delivery. Methods:Sixty eight randomized cephalic,single fetal primparous women,with naturally delivery or vacuum assistance were recruited in the trial.The ache,tumidness and infection of perineal lacerations and the therapy of protecting infection were observed.Results:The weight of newborns of the two groups had no significant difference,but the median episiotomy group had marked advantage than the lateral episiotomy group as consider the objectives.Conclusion:In the course of delivery,it is reliable to execute median episiotomy if the perineal central tendon isn't too short or dropsically,the gravida has no intercurrent symptoms and the embryo has no intrauterine sphyxia,which can help the gravida alleviate pains and quicken concrescence.
