摘要
目的 :通过扫描电镜对三种直丝托槽与弓丝组合在滑动前后表面结构的研究 ,为临床使用这些托槽需注意那些问题提供理论指导。方法 :选用新亚公司生产的Roth托槽、三比公司生产的滑动直丝托槽、Tomy公司生产的OPA K托槽与 0 .4 82 6mm× 0 .6 35 0mm(0 .0 1 9英寸× 0 .0 2 5英寸 )不锈钢方丝组合 ,在滑动前后进行扫描电镜观察。结果 :(1 )滑动前Roth托槽、滑动直丝托槽比OPA K托槽表面粗糙。 (2 )滑动后三种直丝托槽与弓丝都有明显磨损 ;但与国内三比公司生产的滑动直丝托槽组合的 0 .4 82 6mm× 0 .6 35 0mm (0 .0 1 9英寸× 0 .0 2 5英寸 )不锈钢方丝有明显的锉刀状损伤痕。结论 :使用直丝弓矫治技术时 ,应重视托槽表面粗糙、磨损对摩擦力的影响 。
Objective:To study the surface of the bracket slot area of 3 preadjusted brackets and 0.4826 mm×0.6350 mm(0.019inch×0.025inch)stainless steel rectangular wire by using scanning electron micrographs(SEM) in the before and after experiments,which helped to provide the most accurate basis in orthodontic treatment.Methods:SEW was used to examine the surface of 0.4826 mm×0.6350 mm(0.019inch×0.025inch)stainless steel rectangular wire and the bracket slot area of Xin Ya bracket,San Bi bracket and OPA K bracket in the before and after experiments.Results:(1)The surfaces of the bracket slot area of Xin Ya bracket and San Bi bracket were rougher than that of OPA K bracket in the before experiments.(2)The surfaces of the bracket slot area of 3 preadjusted brackets exhibited sever abrasion and the surface of 0.4826 mm×0.6350 mm( 0.019 inch×0.025inch)stainless steel rectangular wire displayed sever the rasp like wear with San Bi bracket combination in the after experiment.Conclusion:The attention would be played to the influence of the roughness and abrasion of the bracket slot area on friction and anchorage control in using sliding mechanics.
