药物预防和治疗缺氧性右心室肥大的实验观察 被引量:2

摘要 本文观察间断性缺氧的时间对心脏结构和功能的影响及药物是否能预防和治疗缺氧性右心室肥大。结果表明慢性间断性缺氧30 d引起右室收缩压、右室dp/dtmax、红细胞量、双侧心肌血流量和右室重量指数增加,而左室重量指数不变。缺氧时间延长到60 d,并不进一步增加右室收缩压和右室重量指数,这表明30 d间断性缺氧引起稳定的右室肥大。哌唑嗪、开搏通可预防缺氧性右室肥大,尼群地平可预防和治疗右室肥大和改善心肌超微结构的变化。 The purpose of this study is to determine how long a duration of intermittent hypoxia is essential to result in strutural and functional changes of the heart and to assess the preventive and therapeutic efficiency of drugs on hypoxic right ventricular hypertrophy.It was found that 30-day chronic hypoxia could induce an increase of the systolic pressure and dp/dtmax of the right ventricale,the number of perpheral erythrocytes,the myocardial blood flow of both the right and left ventricles and the weight index of the right ventricle > but no change of the function and weight index of the left ventricle was observed simultaneously.In addition,an increase of myocardial mitochondria in number,degeneration of myocardial fibrils and swelling of capillary endothelial cells were found in the period of chronic hypoxia.When chronic hyp-oxia was prolonged to 60 days or more,no further increase of the systolic pressure and weight index of the right ventricle was seen.These findings suggest that 30-day intermittent chronic hypoxia can induce a stable hypertrophy of the right ventricle.Besides,prazosin and captoril could prevent right ventricular hypertrophy,and nitrendip-ine could prevent and treat hypoxic right ventricular hypertrophy and improve the ultrastruc-tural changes of the myocardium.
