早期乳腺癌的X线摄影与CT的对照研究

Controlled Study of Mammography with CT for the Diagnosis of Early Breast Cancer

目的 :探讨早期乳腺癌的X线和CT的特征性表现 ,提高其诊断率。方法 :5 0例乳腺癌和 2 0例乳腺良性病变均行X线和CT检查 ,乳腺摄片时间为月经后 1 0d内 ,所有病例均经病理证实。结果 :X线诊断早期乳腺癌 39例 ,其敏感性和特异性分别为 78.4 %和 85 % ,准确性为 80 %。CT诊断早期乳腺癌 4 2例 ,其敏感性和特异性分别为 84 %和 80 % ,准确性为 82 .9%。二者综合诊断 ,其敏感性和特异性为 81 .2 %和 82 .5 % ,准确性为 81 .4 %。结论

Objective: To study the Mammographic and CT characteristics of early breast cancer, and to improve its diagnostic accuracy.Methods:Fifty patients with breast cancers and 20 patients with benign breast masses,proved path ologically,underwent mammography and CT in 10 days after menses.Results: Mammography demonstrated breast cancer in 39 cases, the sensitivity and specificity were 78.4% and 85%,respectively,with the accuracy of 80.0%;while CT revealed breast cancer in 42 cases,the sensitivity and specificity were 84% and 80%,respectively,with the accuracy of 82.9%.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy could reach to 81.2%,82.5%and 81.4% ;respectively when mammography and CT were combined together.Conclusion:Mammography combined with CT can increase the diagnostic rate and accuracy of early breast cancers.
