30例膀胱移行细胞癌的超微结构观察

Ultrastructural features of 30 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of urinary bladder

本文对30例膀胱移行细胞癌进行了超微结构的观察。本组男性26例,女性4例。年龄32～83岁。患者临床上主要表现为无痛性血尿。30例组织学检查:Ⅰ级2例、Ⅱ级21例、Ⅲ级7例。本文描述了膀胱移行细胞癌超微结构特征,提示超微结构的改变与分化程度有关,低分化癌细胞胞浆微丝丰富,桥粒连接减少。对胞浆微丝的意义作了简要讨论。

The ultrastructural features of 30 cases of transitioal cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder were observed.26 patients were male and 4 female with an age range from 32 to 83.The chief complaint was painless bematuria.The 30 carcinomas were histologically catego- rized into grade Ⅰ of 2 cases,grade Ⅱ of 21 cases and grade Ⅲof 7 cases.The ultrastructural features of trasitional cell carcinoma were closely related to its degree of differentiation.In those poorly differentiated cases,there were abundant cytofilaments and a decrease f demo-somes.The significance of the presence of abundant cytofilaments was briefly discussed.
