摘要 目的 :探讨乳腺癌中S10 0A4和上皮钙黏蛋白 (E cad)的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测6 2例乳腺癌中S10 0A4 ,E cad表达情况 ,分析二者的表达与临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 :S10 0A4的表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈正相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与雌激素受体表达呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。E cad的表达与组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈负相关 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :乳腺癌中S10 0A4的表达和E cad的表达缺失与肿瘤的进展密切相关 ,是判断乳腺癌生物学行为、预测转移趋势的有价值的指标。 Objective: To discuss the expressions of S100A4 and E-cadherin in breast cancer and the significance. Methods: Expressions of S100A4 and E-cadherin in breast cancer were detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method. Correlation between the expressions and clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results: Expression of S100A4 had positive correlation with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01),but had negative correlation with expression of estrogen receptor (P<0.01). Expression of E-cadherin had negative correlation with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). Conclusion: Expression of S100A4 and loss of E-cadherin expression were significantly associated with tumor progression in breast cancer,which were valuable markers predicting biological behavior and trend of metastasis of breast cancer.
