摘要
目的 :评价Carisolv微创技术治疗龋齿的临床效果。方法 :对 3 8例中龋用Carisolv工具和Carisolv凝胶微创去腐充填 (微创组 ) ,2 2例中龋行常规去腐充填 (对照组 ) ,并比较两组的治疗效果。结果 :微创组有效率为97.4% ,对照组有效率为 81.8% ,两组间有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :Carisolv微创技术治疗龋病具有安全、有效、无痛、无害等特点。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of carisolv for the chemo mechanical removal of dental caries .Method: 38 cases of dental caries were treated with carisolv gel and tools (carisolv group) and 22 cases were treated with rotary burs (control group),then the efficacy was compared between two groups.Result:The effective rate was 97.4% in the carisolv group,and the effective rate was 81.8% in the control group that there was significant different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: It is safe、 effect 、painless and harmless to treat dental cavies with carisolv system.
