摘要
法律概念在法律体系中占据着不可或缺的重要地位。它具有一些不同于非法律概念的显著特征。其中 ,法律归属性是其最本质的特征 ,内涵的规定性是其最典型的特征 ,涵义的明确性和表达的严格性都是其形式上的特征 。
A legal concept play a very important role in legal system. It has some marked difference from other concepts. Belonging to some specified legal system is its most essential feature. Having stationary intension is its most typical feature. Having definite meaning and strict expression are its formal feature. Authoritativeness in application is the centralized embodying in legal practice of the features of a legal concept.
