The ideological work in colleges and universities has its own regularity. Under new conditions,the ways of ideological work in colleges and universities have their own characteristics. Under the special environment in colleges and universities, ways of humanity, law and persuasion interrelate and influence each other, altogether making the organic system of ideological work in these schools. These ways, with the same goal, have their own charateristics and functions.
