On How to Foster the Ability of Creativity among the Normal School Students

知识经济时代 ,社会对人才素质的要求越来越高 ,不仅要求其要有比较渊博的知识 ,而且必须具备创新精神和创新能力。所以加强高师学生创新能力的培养有着重要的意义。加强对高师学生创新能力的培养不仅要更新观念 ,积极进行教育教学改革 ,而且要尊重学生的个性发展 ,重视学生的实践活动和科研活动。

In the times of knowledge and economy,the society has required higher and higer quality of a person, who is not only expected to have broad and profound knowledge, but the spirit and ability of creativity. Therefore, it is significant to foster ability of creativity among the normal school students. For doing this, we need to renew our opinions and carry out the education reform ;moreover, we must respect the all-round development of students’ personalities and attach importance to the practice and scientific resarch of the students.
