摘要
应用类比法推求二维理想气体的压强公式,对所得的结论进行了量纲分析,从而明确了二维理想气体压强的微观意义。通过计算真空中理想气体在物理吸附和退吸附过程中内能(U)、熵(S)、吉布斯自由能(F)等热力学函数与逸出功的关系,进而阐明了提高真空度两种基本方法的物理实质。
This paper ascertains perfect gas pressure of 2-phase formula by way of analogy and makes dimensional analysis of its result in order to make sure of its micro effect. Moreover,it illustrates the physical nature of two basic ways of improving vacuum degree through working out the relationship between thermodynamics function:U(internal energy),S(entropy),F(Gibbs free energy) and work of escape when the perfect gas in vacuum adsorbs and desorbs.
