摘要
作者用多元回归的方法,在IBM PC计算机上研究240名正常人的心脏舒张功能指标同所选11个常见生理变量间的关系,以探讨影响舒张功能的因素.逐步回归以复相关系数(R)最大,剩余标准差(Sy·x)最小为标准,选出9个指标的最优回归方程.结果表明,心率和年龄对舒张功能指标影响最大,性别、身高、舒张压和平均动脉压次之.收缩压、脉搏压、体重、体重指数和体表面积均未选入方程,表明正常情况下后5种指标不是心舒指标的影响因素.
Nine diastolic indices in 240 normal subjects were measured from simultaneous recordings of the electrocardiogram, phonocardiogram and apexcardiogram. Eleven physiological factors were considered as independent variables. All the data obtained was analysed on an IBM PC computer to derive multiple linear regression equations of every index. The results proved that heart rate and age had a highly significant correlation with diastolic indices. The other four factors, sex, body height, diastolic blood pressure and mean artery blood pressure also correlated.
