心理社会因素对银屑病免疫功能改变的影响

Effect of psychosocial factors on immunity function in psoriasis

作者通过对银屑病患者55例、非银屑病皮肤科患者30例和骨科对照组患者43例血清免疫球蛋白、补体和淋巴细胞转换率变异性的统计学分析,并以情绪和社会生活事件为指标,探讨了银屑病的免疫学特征及与心理社会因素间的关系.结果表明,银屑病患者各免疫指标变异性增加与心理 社会因素有关;慢性心理-社会应激通过导致其免疫功能紊乱及抑制是构成这种变异性增大的重要因素.

To ascertain the social and the psychological effects on the immunity function of psoriasis, the serum immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM), complemnments (C3, CH50)and lymphocyte transformation rate (LTR)were examined for 55 psoriasis vulgaris compared with 30 other dermatological patients without psoriasis and 43 orthopaedic patients. All the means and the coefficients of variabilities of immunity indices between three groups were tested. The results showed: (1 ) the differences of the variabilities of IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 and LTR between three groups were significant; (2) the variabilities of IgG, C3 and CH50 had the positive relation with emotional factors of the somalization, phobia and psychotism, and the negative relation with the positive life events; (3 ) the cell mediated immunity of psoriasis decreased with along increasing of years suffered from psoriasis (r=-0.238, P< 0.05).
