同种抗鼠疟iRNA对感染约氏疟小鼠体内细胞免疫状态的影响 被引量:1

摘要 作者用感染约氏疟阴转的小鼠提取同种抗鼠疟iRNA,以3H-亮氨酸标记的白细胞粘附抑制试验和~3H-TdR掺入的淋巴细胞增殖试验为指标,观察了iRNA对感染约氏疟小鼠体内细胞免疫状态的影响.结果表明,小鼠感染疟疾后仅在第1日脾细胞的粘附抑制指数增高,iRNA可使该作用持续到第10日;此外,iRNA在小鼠感染后第3日脾细胞对Con A的增殖反应增强,在第5日脾细胞对PHA的增殖反应增强.本实验提示,iRNA能延缓机体感染疟疾后的免疫抑制现象. Allogenic anti-malaria iRNA was extracted from spleen of mice infected with P. yoelii.By both 3H-leu-cine labelled leukocyte adherence inhibition test and 3H-TdR incorporation test, it was found that the adherence inhibition index (AI) of spleen cells of infected mice was increased on the 1st day, as compared with that of normal mice, and did last to the 10th day in that of mice pre-injecled iRNA. On the 3rd day, a higher proliferative response of spleen cells of mice pre-injected with iRNA to Con A was detected as compared with that of non-injected mice; on the 5th day, iRNA significantly enhanced proliferative response of infected mice to PHA. It is suggested that anti-malaria iRNA can delay or lower immunosuppression of host infected with malaria.
