大鼠脑血管表面神经纤维的立体形态观察

摘要 作者应用扫描电镜技术结合免疫组化(ABC)方法,观察了大鼠脑血管表面神经纤维的立体形态.结果表明,大鼠脑底动脉表面的神经依存在形式可分为神经丛和单根神经.神经丛多存在于脑底动脉环吻侧.单根神经可出现于脑底动脉各处,依形态又可将它们分为粗神经和细神经.粗神经表面较光滑,常沿血管纵轴走行;细神经为串珠样,走行不规则.在筛内动脉表面常发现有含P物质神经纤维分布,它位于表面光滑的粗神经内.在脑底动脉环吻侧可见含降钙素基因相关肽神经纤维存在于血管表面,它们多位于细神经内.含神经肽Y,血管活性肠肽神经纤维在脑血管表面未见到. Three-dimensional observation of the nerve fibers along rat cerebral blood vessels was taken by using scanning electron microscopy combined with immunocytochemistty (ABC). It was found that nerve fibers formed a plexus on the outer surface of the blood vessels in the rostral part of rat Willis' circle. Single fibers could also be seen, which could be divided into thick and thin fibers. Thick fibers had smooth appearance and ran along longitudinal axes of the vessels. Thin fibers were studded with varicose swellings in various directions. Thick fibers containing SP could always be found on the outer surface of the internal ethmoidal artery. Thin fibers containing CGRP were distributed on the outer surface of vessels in the rostral part of Willis' circle, most of which were studded with varicose swellings. NPY-, VIP-immunoreactive nerve fibers could not be found on the outer surface of the cerebral blood vessels. Our findings added detailed information to the peptidergic innervation of cerebral arteries.
